What still needs work.
This page intentionally exposes gaps. A serious YMYL project should show what is known, what is missing, and what cannot be claimed yet.

Cancer expansion status
Broader coverage does not mean deeper coverage.
Non-melanoma pages are source-backed overviews. They are not marked deep until treatment records, mutation rules, cohort forum links, and jurisdiction mapping are ready.
| Cancer | Status | Current support | Next needed work |
|---|---|---|---|
| Melanoma | deep | Connected to deep melanoma database | Continue deepening melanoma while other cancer pages remain source-backed overviews. |
| Lung cancer | overview | Source-backed overview and visit-prep questions | Add subtype and biomarker records only after citations and claim-audit entries are ready. |
| Breast cancer | overview | Source-backed overview and visit-prep questions | Build subtype records only after receptor-status language and source licensing are audited. |
| Colorectal cancer | overview | Source-backed overview and visit-prep questions | Add colon and rectal tracks separately once source-backed biomarker records are ready. |
| Leukemia | overview | Source-backed overview and visit-prep questions | Build subtype-specific AML, ALL, CLL, and CML research records before adding any leukemia options explorer. |
| Leukemia / lymphoma | overview | Source-backed overview and visit-prep questions | Use /cancers/leukemia for leukemia. Split lymphoma into its own module next. |
| Pediatric solid tumors | overview | Source-backed overview and visit-prep questions | Build pediatric-specific source map and reviewer pipeline before deep treatment pages. |

Is there a melanoma trial or publication for the exact tunlametinib / HL-085 plus nivolumab combination?
ClinicalTrials.gov searches for tunlametinib/HL-085 plus nivolumab melanoma returned no exact record in this pass. Related records support tunlametinib monotherapy after prior immunotherapy and other MEK/RAF-plus-PD-1 concepts, but those should not be merged with the exact remembered combination.
open
Which melanoma drugs are reimbursed or practically available in Korea by mutation and line of therapy?
KCIC provides patient-facing melanoma, immunotherapy, and targeted-therapy background. A drug-by-drug Korea reimbursement map still needs Korean regulatory/reimbursement source work.
open
Which melanoma drugs are approved and practically accessible in Japan by mutation and line of therapy?
Japan NCC/ganjoho and PMDA are source buckets. Nivolumab PMDA material was identified, but full drug-by-drug mapping remains unfinished.
