No medical records in the MVP.

MatchMedi does not collect pathology reports, genomic test results, diagnosis details, stage, mutation status, or treatment history in the MVP.

Future account features must start with low-sensitivity data such as saved pages and saved question lists. Any care binder or document upload feature requires privacy counsel, encryption review, and health-data infrastructure before launch.

Doctor report verification

Forum cohort threads may eventually require a redacted doctor report before publication. The MVP models this workflow but does not store reports. The intended flow is no persistent report storage: review the report, record only the verification outcome, and delete the report immediately after verification. Public report submission should remain disabled until deletion procedures, moderator access controls, and legal review are complete.
