The forum is for support, source sharing, and better questions to bring to clinicians. It is not a place to tell another person which treatment to take, stop, combine, dose, or avoid.

Remove or review

• Direct medical advice.
• Dosage or stop-treatment instructions.
• Miracle-cure claims or scams.
• Harassment, privacy violations, or identifying medical records.
• Self-harm or crisis content, which needs escalation.

Starting a cohort thread

New patient or caregiver experience threads require a credible doctor report before publication. The report is used only to verify that the story belongs in the claimed cohort. It is never published and should be deleted after verification.

Users should redact direct identifiers before submitting anything for review. Public uploads stay disabled until a no-retention review flow, moderator access controls, deletion logging, and privacy review are complete.
